Unit 1-6 Plans

Unit 1. Total GIFA of 88 sq.m. 62 sq.m of B1 workshop inclusive of WC/Shower and a dedicated 17 sq.m office. This versatile unit could be subdivided differently e.g. it could all be office space.

Unit 2. Total GIFA of 98sq.m. 59 sq.m of B1 workshop inclusive of WC/Shower, kitchen area and a dedicated 29 sq.m office with kitchen and meeting area.

Unit 3. Total GIFA of 80sq.m. 549 sq.m of B1 workshop inclusive of WC/Shower, kitchen area and a dedicated 21 sq.m office . Units 1-3 have insulated roller shutter doors, separate insulated doors into the offices and a rear escape insulated door.

There are roller shutter doors front and back with a 75 sq.m secure yard together with dedicated parking spaces.

1st Floor. Total GIFA of 31sq.m inclusive of 14 sq.m office, WC/Shower & stairwell. This office would comfortably accommodate 4 desks and a hot desk/meeting area. The WC could become a separate office space providing 5.7 sq.m of space if the GF WC was shared. There is also a useful 21.5 sq.m mezzanine storage area accessed via the workshop.
