Bojea Business Centre has been created to offer a range of easily accessible high quality, healthy, low energy, sustainable business units.
Location
The location is unique in that it has direct access to the Cornish Way - Sustans National Cycle Network offering fantastic connectivity to St.Austell, the new West Carclaze Garden Village and the surrounding villages. The units provide showers and covered E-bike storage with charging facilities, designed to encourage green travel. The main bus service also has a stop just below the site entrance in Trethowel.
Construction
The units have been designed to the highest energy standards adopting Passive House principles which includes super insulation, air-tight construction, triple glazing, solar shading, sophisticated ventilation and renewable heating systems.

The units will be constructed using a Cornish ICF building system which utilises recycled plastics, waterproof insulation and a concrete core made from the clay industries waste/secondary aggregates.
